Situational Judgments (SJs) bridge the gap between the classroom and engineering practice. Through realistic scenarios drawn from professional experiences, learners practice making complex decisions, reflect on the technical, ethical, and human dimensions of engineering, and cultivate the judgment, character, and competencies needed to become Whole Engineers who contribute to human flourishing.

Situational Judgments (SJs) are realistic, practice-based scenarios that place learners in authentic professional situations requiring thoughtful judgment rather than a single "correct" answer. By navigating complex challenges involving competing priorities, stakeholder perspectives, and ethical considerations, learners develop professional judgment, character, and decision-making skills essential for engineering practice.
