Meet Situational Judgements
A Situational Judgment Test (SJT) is a structured assessment that presents a respondent with a realistic scenario — a workplace dilemma, a leadership challenge, an ethical tension — and asks them to evaluate possible responses or choose how they would act.
SJTs are grounded in decades of psychometric research and are widely recognized as among the most valid predictors of professional performance, ethical behavior, and leadership effectiveness. They go beyond self-report surveys by embedding judgment in context, making it significantly harder to game and significantly more meaningful to interpret.
